Details: The Anaheim Camera EnthusiastS (ACES) is a camera club located in the heart of Orange County, Southern California. Membership is open to any individual interested in photography as a hobby. As a member of the Anaheim Camera EnthusiastS, you will have the opportunity to grow in your photographic skills and have your slides or prints discussed and evaluated by outside judges, learning both from their critique of your own work, as well as the work of fellow club members.

Details: The PWD is a newly formed group set up to encourage disabled people to take up the hobby of photography and to support and encourage those already involved in the hobby.
PWD has an active website www.photographerswithdisabilities.com here can be found an active gallery where members can display their work, it provides a forum where photographers can discuss any issue related to photography and also seek support from other members.
The group runs regular studio days at a variety of locations within the Bristol area, here members are encouraged to develop their skills taking portraits and still life photographs, where appropriate supported by the non-disabled members of the group. Weekly Photoshop sessions are another regular feature of the group, again run within an accessible environment.
Our aim is to raise funds to open an accessible studio initially in Bristol and, as the membership grows to open further studios and facilities around the country.

Photography Social

You’ll have the chance to brush up on your skills with guidance from Frui’s very own photography tutors and a host of other budding snappers. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got an SLR, compact or even a pin-hole camera – it’s all about looking.
You’ll also be able to take part in our ‘photo challenge’ and win prizes.
How it works:
After meeting in a pub and having a swift drink we split into teams and head off to tackle a light-hearted photo challenge (each Social has a different challenge). If you need a few pointers along the way, there’s always a tutor on hand to answer your questions and offer you advice on composition and technique – just ask!
After an hour or so we regroup in another pub where you have the chance to sit down and have a confab with your teammates before sharing your best shots with a tutor – think of it as a kind of photography pub quiz. You get points for your pics and the team with the most points win a prize and receives a firm pat on the back. Don’t worry, it’s all in the name of fun, and tiny bit silly.

Windsor Photographic Society
Details: The Windsor Photographic Society is the most successful camera club in East Berkshire, with currently over 60 members. Our members, of broad age range and all ability levels, enjoy a varied and stimulating programme of practical help, creative sessions, quality speakers, competitions, and social evenings. We run a series of internal competitions, with a total of eleven trophies across both Intermediate and Advanced levels. These, in conjunction with several annual external challenges, provide stimulation for members'' creativity, as well as lots of feedback to help members improve their work and enhance their enjoyment and satisfaction in image making.
While fully supporting traditional photography (especially through our on-site darkroom), we also embrace new digital imaging techniques, and provide practical help to members moving into this area for the first time.
Newly introduced in 2003-04 are FREE small-group tuition sessions on a variety of subjects.
