STUDIO LIGHTING WORKSHOP
On our studio lighting workshop you will learn how to take professional-level photographs using a full range of Elinchrom lighting equipment. Shooting with a model, Ben and Richard will show you how to achieve perfect butterfly, broad, short, and Rembrandt lighting. You will also master high key and low key lighting, learn when, why and how to use light modifiers such as umbrellas, reflectors, softboxes, snoots, barn doors and beauty dishes.

This one day course runs from either our London or Nottingham studio. We'll give you the opportunity to learn and use all of our studio equipment to take photographs of working models. This is very hands on and we'll run you through everything you need to know about portraits, equipment and lighting. You'll be able to use the shots from the day for your portfolio.
There's nothing like learning by actually getting involved, making mistakes and practicing whilst having our professional photographer on-hand to guide and support you. We'll teach you essential tips, advice and provide you with invaluable knowledge that you'll be immediately implementing whilst having fun and bringing out your own creativity.
For this course, you'll need to be at intermediate level of photography, know your way around the controls of your camera and really want to build on the foundation of knowledge you already have.
