Just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for all your help on our big day. I was slightly worried that it may be a bit intrusive having photographers taking photos of us all day, but you were both great and we hardly knew you were there so we were able to relax.

What can we say? We feel so privileged and lucky to have had Charlotte Rushton photograph our wedding day. The "theme" of our day, if we had one, was fun, laughter, personal and informal. Charlotte fitted into this perfectly. She was totally unintrusive - when we went through the photos we realised she had captured so many small, but important things without us realising at the time. She was everywhere and yet nowhere.
The photos are amazing - absolutely everyone has commented on them, and people that weren't able to join us on the day have said that they have a really good feel for our day having seen the photos. Charlotte really got the best out of everyone. She used her good humour and skill to get exactly the right shots for us.
There's no question - if you are getting married and want perfect photos to remind you of your amazing day, you simply have to use Charlotte.

What can I say? What fabulous photos! They arrived this morning as promised and I spent at least an hour and a half glancing through them, and I have just finished another 2 hours going through them with Alan.
There are some fantastic photos and some very funny. They show the day as it was and such HAPPY faces!! I am dying to know what was being said during some of the speeches because the expressions on faces are brilliant!

We're struggling a bit here, because to be perfectly frank we're a bit
gob smacked -- our wedding photos are so perfect. We especially like
your choice of photo for framing, and thank you so much for all the
hours you worked. Jens is glad you were still there for the sock
moment, which must have come as a surprise. One of those quaint Danish
things, along with all the speeches and spoon tapping and other
nonsense. All good fun, but it must have added to your workload
somewhat.
The thing that amazes us most is that you were able to sustain such a
level of concentration and Cartier-Bressonesque ability to time your
shots so perfectly over so many hours. The very few out takes you
chose (many of which we think are fine actually) are testament to this.
By the way thanks for putting up with Vicky's dad, who seems to have
interrogated you on pretty well most of your life. He recited it over
dinner. He was very taken by you though, which is no mean feat on your
part. Also rather impressed was Piers Vacher, who owned up to a secret
desire for a dance at the end of the evening.
We've just transferred money into your account, incidentally, to settle
our remaining bill. We hope that's not going to be the end of our
acquaintance, though. We will gush profusely about you to any of our
friends with photography needs for a start!

We had such an amazing day, and love the photos. They are an amazing reminder for us of how brilliant it all was. We got back from Honeymoon yesterday - had a fab time in Malaysia, and were so surprised and thrilled to see the photos so soon, even though it hasn't even been two weeks yet...!

So many people thought you could sell some of the shots as postcards/cards and statements such as 'the best wedding photos I have ever seen' is a direct quote. Charlotte Rushton has photographed both our wedding and our first child - at ages 6 weeks, 3 months and 8 months. We have been delighted with the results on each occasion. At our wedding, she captured so much that we didn't see - it was like being given a picture book of the occasion with a mix of traditional and original photography. We were equally delighted with the very natural pictures of our son - she has an eye for a great shot and a lovely spontaneous style.

Finally surfacing after a wonderful honeymoon in India (wish you had taken the photos ours are a bit crap compared to your lovely record of our wedding!) We had such a fantastic, magical day which was brought to life on our return when we opened our exciting package of photographs. (We have only just finished looking at them all including the CDs).
Also thank you very much for staying on as late as you did (hopefully you did finally accept a drink or two to keep you going!) our first dance was quite hazy to me at that hour!

Charlotte Rushton was our photographer at our wedding on 6th September 2003. We asked her to take pictures before, during and after our ceremony and at our reception. Her management of this process was unobtrusive, professional, quick and more than anything she made it stress free for us. During our wedding ceremony I wasn't conscious of her taking photos although she managed to capture the most intimate shots of our day. After the ceremony she took more formal shots of family and friends and she made this really easy and quick for all of us (and fun!) - and many people commented on how well she handled this process. Charlotte's photographs have a personal, natural and unique quality to them. She captured our day in the most amazing and unusual way - without it being posed or unnatural. She just captured it. The emotions, happiness and mood of the day all came through in her work. They are truly original. Our photographs will enable us to look back and recapture a special day. We can't thank her enough. Your photos have caused a real stir at work....I sent the web site address to everyone and they have all come back and said what fantastic photos and they wish that they had had them done by you!
